Bucharest – PSD President Marcel Ciolacu released the following statement on Senator Angel Tîlvăr’s nomination for the position of Minister of Defense.

“Today, within the National Political Council, we unanimously decided to nominate Mr. Angel Tîlvăr as Minister of Defense. I think that at this moment, in the complicated situation we have at the border, we need a balanced person with a strong European, Euro-Atlantic vision.”
